  • I've never ordered from Sophisticated Curves before, how do I know what size I am?
    Our sizes range from a 0x (10-12) to 5x (30-32). Please check out our size chart to find your perfect fit.
  • Do you have a Sophisticated Curves credit card?
    At this time, we do not offer a Sophisticated Curves credit card.
  • Do you accept Lane Bryant or Full Beauty credit cards?
    We do not accept Lane Bryant or Full Beauty credit cards as payment. We do, however, accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and paypal .
  • My order still says 'pending'. Is there an issue with my order?
    If you haven't received a phone call or email from customer service regarding your order, not to worry, the system is slightly delayed and will be updated soon!
  • Do you offer group discounts?
    Yes. We offer group discounts for groups of 6 or more and for fashion events, runway shows, and pageants. For more information and pricing, please contact us.
  • Do you ship internationally?
    We ship all over the world, so getting Sophisticated Curves to you is not a problem. Please note that most in-stock orders will ship out within 24-48 hours of ordering and prices may vary. Please check out our shipping page for more information.
  • How can I ship my return back to Sophisticated Curves?
    You have two choices: 1. You may choose to send items back to us using the shipping company of your choice. Please send all items to the address below using a shipping service that provides tracking information. We cannot be held responsible for lost packages shipped to us using the carrier of your choice. We cannot accept COD returns. Sophisticated Curves LLC. Attn: Returns P.O Box 6772. Concord, NC 28027 2. You can also email us and let us know you intend to return your purchase. We will send you a prepaid shipping package to return your purchase in. We always strive to refund our customers as fast as possible and apologize for any delay. Our 10-14 day window allows for weekends, holidays and bank schedules. If your refund is taking longer than this window, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
  • Can I make changes to my fashion box during my subscription period?
    Yes. You can make changes to your fashion box during your subscription period. Contact us and let us know the changes you would like to make. Throughout your life and career, your fashion needs change. We can change your fashion box to match your current fashion needs.
  • Can I change the frequency of my fashion boxes?
    Yes. We can change your fashion box frequency. Monthly is our standard fashion box subscription frequency. If that doesn’t work for your needs, contact us and let us know how often you wish to receive your fashion box and we will set it up for you.
  • Can I purchase a fashion box without a subscription?
    Yes. You can purchase an individual fashion box without a subscription. When purchasing a fashion box, simply select the single fashion box product.
